Surrey Artists Open Studios - Claire Benn

Claire will be opening her studio – with access to the main floor of Potter’s Farm from Sunday 2nd June to Tuesday 4th June 2019, 11am-5pm. 

She will be showing some of her recent artworks based on the Atacama Desert and a selection of hand stitched pieces.  Beautiful turned wooden bowls and hand-made Windsor chairs by ‘Turning Turtle’ (Roger Murphy) will also be on exhibition.  The studio and barn are both suitable for wheelchair access, guide dogs are welcome and the studio can accommodate small groups of up to 6 people.  There are several pubs within a short drive for lunch/supper.

Directions; leave the A25 at the roundabout between Dorking and Reigate (ay the bottom of Pebble Hill Road and by Knights Garden Centre).  Turn south down Station Road, go past Betchworth Village Hall and the garden centre and approximately 500 yards on the right, you’ll see an un-made lane, signposted Potter’s Farm )the turning is opposite Broome Park). 

Turn right into the lane and follow it down to the barn, where parking is available.  Please do no park in the lane as it blocks access for other residents.
